Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy for Mrs. Sardarni
At Mrs. Sardarni, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. We want you to love your purchase, but we also maintain strict quality control to ensure every customer receives a pristine product. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. The 3-Day Return Window
We offer a 3-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. Any return requests raised after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Fraud Prevention)
To protect both you and our business, an uninterrupted unboxing video is strictly required to claim any refunds or exchanges for damaged, defective, or missing items.

The video must show the shipping label clearly.

The video must be continuous, without any cuts or edits, showing the opening of the package and the inspection of the saree.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will be politely declined.
3. Conditions for a Valid Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the saree must meet the following strict conditions:

Unworn and Unwashed: The saree must be in its original, brand-new condition.

Original Folds intact: The saree must be returned in its original fold and packaging.

Tags Attached: All original Mrs. Sardarni tags must be fully intact and un-tampered.

Blouse Piece & Fall/Pico: The blouse piece must not be cut. If you have requested Fall and Pico services, or if the blouse piece has been separated, the saree is considered customized and is strictly non-returnable.
4. The "Handloom & Cotton" Disclaimer
Our Shiuli and Self-Khadi sarees are beautifully woven. Please note:

Minor variations in color (due to screen resolution/lighting), slight irregularities in the weave, or small thread knots are the hallmark of authentic woven cotton and handloom products.

These are not considered defects and will not be eligible for a "damaged product" refund.
5. Refund & Exchange Process

For Defective/Wrong Items: If the unboxing video proves the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and offer a full refund or a free replacement.

For Change of Mind / Color Dislike: If you wish to return the item simply because it didn't suit you, we are happy to accept it. However, a nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your final refund amount. Alternatively, you can opt for Store Credit for the full amount to use on your next purchase.
6. How to Initiate a Return

Include your Order Number, the reason for return, and the Unboxing Video/Photos.

Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup.

Upon receiving the saree at our warehouse, our quality check (QC) team will inspect it. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after a successful QC pass.
